サステナブル・コミュニティ・フォーラム2020で研究成果を報告しました

2020年8月23日にオンラインで実施されたサステナブル・コミュニティ・フォーラム2020で、つくば市研究学園のモデル街区を対象とした研究成果を報告しました。

身近な近隣コミュニティの運営手法・スキル等について、先導モデル街区を例に、住民が主体的に具体的に取組むまちづくりの実践(特に、景観を守り育てる活動やエネルギーモニタリングの現状と課題について)から学ぶことを目的に開催されました。

ビデオ会議システムにて、北九州城野地区とスマ・エコ シティつくば研究学園をつなぎました。それぞれ、低炭素を目指したり、先導モデル的な役割が与えられた開発された街区でありますが、住民によりまちを育てていくフェーズに入って数年経った街区です。先導モデル街区の相互交流(事例紹介)によりお互いの取り組みを知り、共有する機会として今回のフォーラムが企画されました。

磐田研究室はスマ・エコシティつくば研究学園のエネルギーモニタリングに関する継続調査を行っており、調査結果を報告しました。
